Maximum of 1 founding partner per category per region.

Founding discount

30% off the first year for the first 10 sponsors.

On the annual rates above, 30 percent off the first year is $203 for a Featured Listing, $693 for a Town Spotlight, and $1,050 for a Founding Partner. If you'd rather pay month to month, ask how the first-year discount is applied. This page doesn't invoice you. The season package and the per-issue newsletter rate are not given a made-up discount here. The math stays. The invoice doesn't.

Exclusivity

A founding partner is capped at one per category per region. Launch categories are the four directory groups: Places to stay, Places to eat, Outdoor and guides, Shops and services. The two regions are the Brunswick County coast and the Blue Ridge towns in this guide.

When the prices change

These are launch estimates. Raise prices once traffic data exists. Target review at 10,000 monthly visits.

These figures sit near other small travel directories and well below a large state tourism bureau. They are not lodging rates, meal prices, or a promise of traffic. The site doesn't have a visitor count to sell against yet.

What a label will not buy

A sponsor doesn't rewrite the town guides. Inlet names, trail descriptions, and lighthouse facts stay editorial. Paid placements, when they exist, will be labeled and will live in the directory and in marked boxes. None are live now. A logo still cannot move a lighthouse.
